As part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Muthoot Finance’s Mumbai Corporate Office CSR Department organized a Clothing Distribution and Employee Engagement Sports Activity at David Sassoon Industrial School (Children’s Home), Mahim, Mumbai. The institution is managed by The Children’s Aid Society and is known for its longstanding contribution to the care, protection, and rehabilitation of children in need.
2. Objective of the Programme
The primary objectives of the initiative were:
- To support underprivileged children by providing essential clothing kits.
- To promote employee engagement in meaningful community service.
- To create a positive and joyful environment through interactive sports activities.
- To encourage teamwork, confidence, and social interaction among children.

- Employee Participation: 14 employees from Mumbai Corporate Office
- Beneficiaries: Children aged 12–18 years residing at the institution
4. Activities Conducted

A total of 100 clothing kits were distributed among the children. These kits were thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and utility for the young residents. Snacks were also provided, adding to the overall experience and bringing joy to the children.
4.2 Sports Engagement Activities
To foster interaction and build rapport, various friendly sports activities were organized, including:
