Muthoot Finance Donates E-Rickshaw to Strengthen Community Outreach in Delhi

Muthoot Finance donated an e-rickshaw to Social Vision Educational & Charitable Society to support its grassroots outreach efforts across underserved areas of South-West Delhi. The initiative is part of the company’s ongoing CSR efforts to improve access to essential services for vulnerable communities.

The vehicle was formally handed over by Kratik Prakash Gupta, RMH-RO Delhi West, to Sijo M Mukulel, Director of the NGO, in the presence of Vivek Kumar Chaubey, Deputy Manager-CSR, along with other company representatives and NGO staff.

Enabling Last-Mile Access to Essential Welfare Services

The e-rickshaw will be used to conduct door-to-door awareness campaigns and outreach activities across 51 villages and 86 communities. These efforts will focus on helping residents access important services such as disability certification, special education support, widow pensions, and various government welfare schemes.

By improving mobility and outreach capacity, the initiative is expected to directly benefit more than 30,000 individuals, ensuring that critical information and support services reach those who need them most.

This contribution reflects Muthoot Finance’s continued focus on supporting community-level organisations and enabling last-mile connectivity to essential resources, helping create more inclusive and empowered communities.
