Donation of 6 Seater Mobile Toilet under Swacch Bharat Abhiyan to 70th Armored Regiment Indian Army at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

To commemorate of 3rd Anniversary and Remembrance Day of our beloved Group Chairman, Late Shri M. G. George Muthoot Sir, Under the CSR initiative of the Muthoot Finance, a six seater Mobile Toilet was handed over to 70th Armored Regiment Indian Army at Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 5th March 24.

The handing over was done by Mr. Santosh Chandra, Regional Manager Jodhpur, in the presence of Col. Ms Rathore in the presence of Lt. Col. Sanjay Guleria, Major Madhavi Singh, Mr. Narendra Tulsaini, Regional Marketing Head Jodhpur, and other more than 20 Muthoot and Army officials.

This initiative will be very helpful especially for Women Soldiers and will support around 10000 Indian Army Soldiers to manage the daily execution of defecations.

The Indian Army Soldiers face problems of open defecation, when the unit is deployed at desert as well as mountain terrain. This Mobile Toilet will be useful to these soldiers for pooping and avoid open defecation, where there is no facility available for toilets. This initiative will also support the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Mission.
