Founder Patron’s Day Celebrated with Mega CSR & ISR Initiatives Across India

Muthoot Finance marked the auspicious occasion of Founder Patron’s Day by organizing large-scale Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) initiatives across India, positively impacting over 1,500 beneficiaries. The initiatives reflect the organization’s core values of compassion, service, and community development.

Key CSR Initiatives

• The Muthoot Smart Computer Lab was inaugurated at Shri Bhagawati Prasad Girls College in Gorakhpur. Equipped with 10 computers, furniture, and essential infrastructure, the lab will benefit over 500 girl students by enabling access to digital education and computer skills.
• At All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, 100 woollen mink blankets were distributed to patients and their attendants, providing comfort during the winter season.
• In Mumbai, 100 stationery kits were distributed to underprivileged students of Bharati Vidya Mandir Hindi Night School, supporting their educational needs.

ISR Initiatives by Regional Offices

Regional Offices across the country actively participated in Founder Patron’s Day celebrations through impactful ISR initiatives:

• In Howrah, an old clothes donation drive was conducted in partnership with Hath Baralei Bondu NGO, benefiting over 300 individuals.
• The Ludhiana Regional Office distributed snacks to 300 needy individuals.
• In Hisar, a full day’s meal was sponsored for over 50 elderly residents at Moksha Old Age Home.
• A blood donation camp was organized in Surat on 7 February 2026 in collaboration with Government Medical College & New Civil Hospital, with participation from 40 staff members.
• A donation drive was conducted at Mai Bal Bhavan, supporting visually impaired children, where old clothes, fruits, and snacks were distributed to 40 children.
• In Guwahati, a donation drive was organized at Sampriti Shanti Niwas, an old age-cum-shelter home run by Sampriti Sewa Foundation, providing essential supplies to elderly residents.
• The Corporate Office in Delhi organized a food distribution drive near the Jama Masjid–Red Fort area, benefiting 100 individuals.
• Essential kits were distributed at Missionaries of Charity – Mother Teresa Home, supporting over 60 elderly residents.

Blood Donation Drives

• A blood donation camp was successfully organized at M. G. George Muthoot Towers in New Delhi on 21 February 2026 in collaboration with AIIMS Delhi (Blood Bank).
• The Varanasi Regional Office conducted a blood donation camp in association with Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Cancer Centre, collecting 18 units of blood.
• In Jodhpur, a blood donation camp was organized in collaboration with Rotary Blood Bank, with 26 units of blood donated.
