MUTHOOT GROUP – MATHRUBHUMI SEED QUIZ

Muthoot Group along with Mathrubhoomy organized SEED Quiz (SEED-Student Empowerment for Environmental Development) for school students of Kerala.

The objective of the project is the following:-

• A richer, greener and cleaner Earth for future generations.
• Create awareness among the student community about environment protection efforts & encourage them to protect water, air, and soil resources.
• Mould, motivate, and stimulate young minds in environmental conservation.
• To develop a new green culture by assembling high schools and higher secondary schools in the state.

The program was organized in 38 educational districts and engaged the children of over 5000 schools. The winners of the preliminary level competition were taken to the Revenue District level and finally to the state level completion held at Peechi, Trichur. Cash prizes and certificates were given to the winners. The project was successful in inculcating in the minds of school children several practical ways of ensuring clean water, clean air and a clean Earth for future generations.
