Installation of 20 Solar Street Lights in Bamtapur Chillaur Village, Sabayajpur Tehsil, Hardoi District, Uttar Pradesh

As part of Muthoot Finance CSR initiative, 20 solar street lights were installed in Bamtapur Chillaur village, Sabayajpur tehsil of Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh. This project is in line with our commitment towards sustainable development and community empowerment.

The handing over ceremony was held on June 18, 2025 with graced presence of Sh. Dhirendra Pratap Singh, President of the Block Panchayat, Sh. Rakesh Mehra, Sr. DGM CSR & Corporate Affairs Dept, Mr. Sanjay Singh, Village Sarpanch, Mr. Chandra Prakash Singh, Social Worker, Mr. Sunil Srivastava, Cluster Manager RO Lucknow, Mr. Akash Mishra, Admin Executive, Mr. Shiv Murti, BM Hardoi, Mr. Vivek Kumar Chaubey, Deputy Manager CSR CO(N), and other Villagers and Press Reporter. 

Solar street lights have been installed all over the village, especially at intersections, triple roads, streets, temples, chaupals and other public places.

We believe this initiative will significantly contribute to promoting green and clean energy. By utilizing renewable energy sources, we can foster an eco-friendly environment and conserve electricity for future generations. Apart from these it will also help to enhance community safety and well being, encouraging night-time mobility, and reducing carbon emissions etc.

More than seven thousand villagers will benefit from this initiative.

All the villagers including the dignitaries expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Muthoot Finance for the installation of 20 solar street lights and also appreciated our commitment towards social and environmental responsibility.
