We are thrilled to announce that the Muthoot Family has been recognized with Hurun India’s 2024 Most Respected Family Business Award, in association with Barclays Private Clients. The award was presented to Mr. George M. George, Deputy Managing Director of Muthoot Finance Ltd., at an event held on October 24, 2024, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai. The ceremony, attended by the country's leading business stalwarts, celebrated the Muthoot family's enduring legacy of trust, integrity, and excellence in business. Mr. George was also amongst the panel for an engaging fireside chat on the topic ‘Are Family Businesses the Pillars of Nation Building? Examining the Impact Through the Promoter’s Lens’ where he shared the space with Mr. Vivek Lohia - Managing Director of Jupiter Wagons and Mr. Shreegopal Kabra - Managing Director of RR Global.
