UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited (UTIITSL) is a Government Company registered under the Companies Act 1956. This application allows users to apply for a New PAN Card, make corrections and download E-PAN Card.

On the website of NSDL, the PAN reprint option is available to only those PAN applicants whose PAN information has no changes or updations.
Moreover, users who complete their PAN applications through NSDL (now Protean) and receive their PAN cards via NSDL or who obtain their PANs through the Income Tax Department's Instant e-PAN facility can utilise this service.
