Under the CSR initiative of Muthoot Finance, 500 school bags were donated to street and slum children in various slum areas of Mumbai, Maharashtra on 30th August 24.
The distribution was done by Mr. Sonu Gaund, CSR Manager- Muthoot Finance in the presence of Mr. Rajan Gupta, Head of Maharashtra Employee Union; Mr. Amit, Secretary of Prerna Pratishtha NGO’ Mr. Rajeev Tripathi, SEO, and other Muthoot staff, children, parents and dignitaries.
The distribution was done in various slum areas of Mumbai such as Malad, Charkop, Dahisar and Sakinaka, etc.
Under the CSR initiative of Muthoot Finance, educational kits were distributed to 296 tribal children at Gaindi Khata, Haridwar, Uttarakhand on 22nd August 2024. The kits included essential items such as school bags, notebooks, pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and geometry boxes.
The distribution was done by Mr. Rakesh Mehra, Senior Deputy General Manager in the presence of Md. Isha Aalm, Head Master; Md. Shamshad, Secretary, Van Gujjar Tribal Yuva Sanghatan; Muthoot staff, School Teachers and NGO volunteers.
