KYC Documents
- Two passport-size photos each of the applicant and the co-applicant (If any).
- Identity Proof: Have a valid government-issued ID such as a Passport, Voter's ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, etc.
- Address Proof: Submit documents like utility bills, rental agreements, Aadhaar card or property tax receipts as evidence of your residence.
- Age Proof: Submit documents like a Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving License, etc., as evidence of your age.
Documents Required for Salaried Individuals
Here are the documents required for the home loan for a salaried person:
- Salary Slip: Submit payslip for a minimum of the last 3 months as proof of Income
- Form 16/ IT returns: Issued by your employer, Form 16 shows your income and taxes paid during the financial year. Besides Form 16, you can also submit copies of IT returns for the past 2 years.
- Bank Statements: Submit the last 6 months' Bank Account statement evidencing the salary credits.
