Mr. Jose Mathew is a qualified Chartered Accountant and became the Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1977. He was employed with M/s Kerala State drugs & Pharmaceutical Ltd, a Government of Kerala Undertaking from 1978 in various positions and demitted office as Managing Director in 1996 – 97. He was also a Director of M/s Vellappally Plantations Pvt Ltd.
Mr. V.A. George is a certified director in corporate governance [by INSEAD, Paris]. Mr. V.A. George has more than four decades of experience in the corporate field, in both the private and public sectors.
He was the chairman of Equipment Leasing Association of India and was also a member of the advisory committee of the RBI. He is currently the managing director of Thejo Engineering Limited, Chennai.
Mr. Ravindra Pisharody is a corporate business leader and management professional with over 35 years of experience across diverse industries. He was a whole-time director on the board of Tata Motors Limited, where he was heading the commercial vehicles business unit. During his career, Mr. Ravindra Pisharody held national, regional and global leadership roles in sales, marketing, business management and strategy development.
Mr Alexander George Muthoot, is an MBA Graduate from Thunderbird University (USA) and an advanced diploma holder in Business Administration from Florida International University, Miami (USA).
He has also served as the President of Indian Subcontinent Club at Thunderbird University and has been a member of various committees at the university.

George Alexander Muthoot is a chartered accountant who qualified with a first rank in Kerala and ranked 20th overall in India, in 1978. He has a bachelor degree in Commerce from Kerala University where he was a rank holder and gold medallist. He was also awarded the Times of India group Business Excellence Award in customised Financial Services in March 2009.
He served as the Chairman of the Kerala Non banking Finance Companies Welfare Association from 2004 to 2007 and is currently its Vice Chairman.
